This is the History Between the years 1998 and 1999, an attempt was made to unsuccessfully register the #CUSCO channel, being its main driver harlito, who together with MARQUS and Yoel had previously registered the first two channels of the extreme south. And it was at the end of 1999 that ROGER77 (BoLaSpUnK) registers the channel #CUSCO, ahead of the previous drivers. Thus, on 01/18/2000, #CUSCO is officially registered with the CService.

After some time, #CUSCO began to attract the first users from Cusco, some of them students from the National University of San Antonio Abad of Cusco (UNSAAC) and Higher Institutes, but still we were few users.

It took a short time for the interest of this innovative chat system (IRC) to spread and become known as a "fast" alternative to establish communication with new and distant friends, and why not say some relatives. It was so that a new stage in #CUSCO began and Cusco people joined the Operators Staff to give impetus and support to this new home in the IRC.

From the registry of the channel until the end of 2002 #CUSCO kept up with a stable organization and an important boom in user growth, thanks to the work of its Operators, Administrators and Manager. Until then the Channel Staff had never undergone changes or modifications and it is until the beginning of 2003 when the channel undergoes its first and notable change on the part of the Manager at that time BoLaSpUnK, when communicating his resignation to the managerato for the end of January, the which had as purpose to reorganize the Staff beginning in the first place the change of Manager and a new Administration for what would be denominated by the "new face of the channel".

In February of 2003, after several and exhaustive conversations, the Manager decided to grant the channel to MARQUS (one of the promoters in the registry of the channel) and later by the end of April 2003 the channel goes to net-Ange |.

Following what the previous Managers had proposed, net-Ange | and its collaborators create and promote on the Internet the Official Website of the channel, resulting in the acceptance of many more national and international Internet users. This was followed by the creation of the "n-Skript" (today "P-mirc"), a script initially designed to directly boost the growth of #CUSCO.

After 3 years and many events that benefited the channel, as well as the launch of the Official Radio "X-Tremo Sur" by | morocha | and some Operators, net-Ange | he decides selflessly to renounce the managerato deciding among his 2 more direct collaborators the new Manager in merit to the dedication of both in his functions as Trust Administrators.

At the end of June 2006 | morocha | takes over the baton and together with WiroX decides to reestablish part of the Staff organization, to carry out the beginning of the ideal and motto of: "Friendship and Culture".

After staying for a long period as manager, | morocha | leaves the channel "unofficially", so the CService decides that the channel #CUSCO must enter elections to elect a new manager. Finally kaisser assumes the managerato by decision of the CService.

22 / Feb / 2013 after an inactivity of 30 days of the manager, the channel is put in Voting again. Finally netperu returns to be the #Cusco MANAGER as previous times.

#CUSCO is one of the most stable and organized channels, was founded with the bases of responsibility and the desire to make this channel cresca for the pride of its city and its people.
